If you have used PPSLC's Web site to complete a loan transaction using the Texas Guaranteed Student Loan Corporation Loans by WebTM process and our E-Signature process, you will receive an initial privacy notice from the institution you selected as your lender on the Master Promissory Note (MPN). This notice will outline that lending institution's privacy policy. The notice will be mailed to you when other federally mandated forms, such as Notice of Guarantee and the borrower's Rights and Responsibilities are sent.
